Andrea Jenkinson-Saenz

As the co-founder and CEO of A.M. Jenkinson & Associates, Inc., Mrs. Jenkinson-Saenz has brought with her a wide array of business experience and education. She graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Master’s in Education from Indiana University and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and was also certified in Human Resource Management. Andrea has been a professional bookkeeper, HR Manager, and Executive Search Consultant in the Austin, TX area since 1996 and has been using QuickBooks for the past twelve years. The catalyst of her professional experience was working as a bookkeeper for an Austin based construction company focused on multi-family rehab.
When her experience as a detailed oriented number lover became more apparent, her passion allowed her to then expand her comfort zone and join the small business world as a professional, successful, woman in business. She has since worked with clients from as small as individual artists to the corporate office for an international marketing company, all ranging from $175K - $25M in sales per year. Also, Andrea’s MS in Education has provided a strong foundation for her to not only manage people, but develop and implement orientation programs for new employees and conduct Industry-specific QuickBooks Trainings all over Texas. She has also developed training programs for the sales, marketing, customer service, and operations departments of other companies. Mrs. Jenkinson-Saenz has been a part of such groups as Big Austin, The Austin CDC, Capital Area Chamber of Commerce, The University of Texas System Bonding and Technical Assistance, the Remarkable Women’s Conference. She has also been a speaker for the Texas State Bar and conducts QuickBooks Training Seminars for support staff in Law offices all over TX. Lastly, Andrea is an accomplished writer; she has four publications that are listed with the Education Resources Information Center (ERIC). Her books are “teaching lessons” and “guides” for teachers of English and Social Studies.

Carlos Saenz has over 10 years of extensive Advertising, Marketing, and Sales experience in a variety of professional settings from all over the country and in South America. He has personally overseen the development of print promotional advertising firms responsible for representing such clients such as The World Champion California Angels baseball team, The Anaheim Mighty Ducks, California Pizza Kitchen, Walt Disney Corp., Universal Studios, Hanna Barberra, Pizza Hut Inc., Papa John's Inc., Starter, Viking Press, ADT home security, and Direct TV. He has hired, trained, and developed over hundreds of new employees through the implementation of motivational workshops and hands-on training seminars across the country.
