She brings over 30 years of expertise in accountancy, HR, and IOLTA compliance for law firms looking to scale and/or streamline processes. A seasoned speaker for the State Bar of Texas and Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Andrea empowers attorneys to master their operations and know their numbers. Based in Austin, TX, she blends sharp insight with heartfelt mentorship to guide firms toward greater clarity, ethics, and success.

Carlos Saenz is the Cofounder and VP of Sales and Marketing at A.M. Jenkinson and Associates, specializing in accountancy and IOLTA compliance for Texas law firms. With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing and 22 years in the legal accounting field, Carlos empowers firms to grow ethically and efficiently. A father, facilitator, and servant leader, he brings heart and strategy into every client relationship.
